More fun with paper

Put that office laser printer to work. I don’t know why I find paper models so interesting, but for some reason of late I do. So here’s another collection of paper models you can print, cut out, and build. This time they’re all free, and some of them, like the oil rig, can get rather elaborate. Simple fun for the kids, or the kid in you 😉

have you actually put any of these together? I thought about the ones at Kawasaki’s (?) site, but it looked like a bit more work than i wanted to get into

Yeah, I’ve actually assembled a couple. I should put a couple of pictures up. I’ve even experimented and discovered if you mount the paper to cardboard like you get from a cereal box the structures are much sturdier, you just have to score the cardboard with an x-acto knife when you need to fold it.
